You do a search for the County you reside in, in North Carolina and look for the County Clerks office. You will find voters registration there, and then pick which ever party, or Independent. While voting for President of the United States is a General Election, there will still be State and local candidates you will be able to vote for as well at the same time. You do not get paid, and you do not get to leave work; because of the Republicans cutting of rights and benefits….Polls open 6:00 am to 6:00 pm though….good luck

If you wish to register Republican, go to http://www.gop.com/ActionCenter/Register… and click on the state of North Carolina. You should be able to register from there. If you wish to register Democrat, go to http://www.crayola.com and amuse yourself until the urge passes.
